Apartment for 6 people with 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms
Ground floor apartment with two double bedrooms and one twin - two ensuite plus a separate family bathroom. The prices quoted below are for 6 people all in proper beds (plus we have a cot for babies).
Your large holiday apartment takes over the whole ground floor of our villa with the bedrooms as described above, a separate kitchen, spacious dining room and living room as well as a large terrace, shady loggia, private pool and two-acre grounds. You will not be sharing with any other guests as we, the owners, live discreetly upstairs, meaning we are on hand if you need us.
Apartment available for smaller groups from September to June
Outside high season in July and August, the apartment can be booked with two bedrooms and two bathrooms rather than three. It will always be one single apartment for one group of guests but we can close off the bedrooms not needed but always include the kitchen, living room, dining room plus use of the garden and the pool when open.

Minimum stay: 7 nights
€2189 per week for the whole apartment for up to 6 people

31st August to end October 2024
Minimum stay: 5 nights
€250 per night for the apartment with 3 bedrooms/€1750 per week
€210 per night for the apartment with 2 bedrooms/€1470 per week
1st November to 14th December 2024
Minimum stay : 3 nights
€170 per night for the apartment with 3 bedrooms/€1190 per week
€132 per night for the apartment with 2 bedrooms/€924 per week
Check-in times
Off season: Any day, 6.00 pm check-in and 10.00 am check-out
July and August: Saturday, 6.00 pm check-in and 10.00 am check-out
N.B If we finish cleaning early, we will let you know.
Included in the price
Exclusive use of the chlorine-free pool and grounds. Linen/towels (for bathroom and pool), courtesy organic bathroom products, electricity, WiFi, water, heating and logs for the wood stove.
Welcome pack of a bottle of wine from our vineyards, olive oil from our trees and other local specialities.
Organic vegetables from the kitchen garden and fruit when available. For babies and young children we have a high-chair, wooden cot with a choice of bedding, changing mat, baby bowl and spoons, toys and garden games.
The pool is maintained daily. The gardens and grounds are mantained weekly. The weekly cleaning service is undertaken by ourselves. This is included in the price but we reserve the right to make a deduction from the damage deposit if it takes us longer than the usual eight hours.
Payment Terms
If you book direct with us, our terms are as follows.
On booking, a 20% deposit to be paid by bank transfer with the final payment due 6 weeks before arrival.
Cancellation before final payment - refund of 20% deposit.
Cancellation between 45 and 14 days before the check-in date - 50% refund.
Less than 14 days - no refund.
We take a refundable damage deposit of £200 or €224 when you make your final payment. If you are from the UK, we will ask you to pay this amount into our UK sterling account so that we can refund you the correct amount without charges or currency fluctuations.
